With easy access to skiing, hiking, and all of the wonders of the San Juan Mountains, your unforgettable Colorado getaway awaits at our mountain retreat. Our beautiful home is located in Engineer Village, just across from Purgatory Mountain Resort. This comfortable, newly built home has accommodations for 11 and provides: - 4 bedrooms (1 master suite) - 3 full bathrooms - 1 half bath - large living/dining room w/ gas fireplace - fully stocked gourmet kitchen - washer/dryer - free WIFI - outdoor seating w/ gas firepit, grill, and hot tub - stunning views of nearby Engineer Mountain During your stay you'll also have access to the shared outdoor heated pool, hot tub, gym, club restaurants, and private ski lockers all located at Purgatory Resort, a short 5 minute drive away. Free shuttle access to the resort is also provided, with pickup/drop-off right at the front door. We also provide complimentary coffee (ground coffee) and tea. There is a Cuisinart drip coffee maker for your use, as well as an array of cookware and spices. Our home is also pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (with a max of $300 per stay). Enjoy ease of access to downtown Durango (25 miles south), or take in all that the San Juans have to offer with nearby alpine mountain biking, hiking trails, skiing, and fishing. Easy check-out process! *Disclosure: This home is located in the San Juan mountains at high elevation, and 4-wheel drive may be necessary in the winter months. There are cameras on the property, all are exterior. One at the front entrance, one at the garage, and one at the back deck overlooking the stairs.
