Our beautiful home is located in the Rafter J subdivision, just minutes from Durango. Our comfortable home has accommodations for 6 and provides: - 3 bedrooms - 2 full bathrooms - large living/dining room w/ woodburning stove - fully stocked gourmet kitchen - washer/dryer - free WIFI - outdoor seating w/ grill - stunning views of the nearby La Plata Mountains We also provide complimentary coffee (ground coffee) and tea. There is a drip coffee maker for your use, as well as an array of cookware and spices. Our home is also pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (with a max of $300 per stay).
